Message us in MyAccount
MyAccount is a great resource for staying in the know about everything related to your account. By creating a profile, you get access to your statements, payment history and messaging capabilities.
Send a message anytime to our Customer Experience team online or through the GM Financial Mobile app. They’ll answer all your questions during our normal business hours, whether it’s about your account or payment history. The conversation will be saved for 13 months, so you can reference it as needed.
Pro tip: If you already have MyAccount, verify that the correct email is saved to your profile, so we’re sending the information you need to the right place.
