Rafael Amoros is the President of International Operations. In this role, he oversees the company’s operations in Latin America and Asia Pacific. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GM Financial International Operations from 2018 to 2023, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of International Operations from 2015 and served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of International Operations before that.
Prior to joining GM Financial in 2013, Rafael spent nearly nine years at Ally and Bank of America in various Corporate Treasury roles. He started his career in the financial services sector in Argentina.
Rafael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida International University. He also attended executive leadership programs from Kellogg School of Management and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
