Accessing MyAccount: A Rewarding Experience

It’s amazing we have time to do anything with our schedules growing increasingly busy, which is why the day-to-day things we do, like making a car payment, need to be convenient.

Luckily, when it comes time to pay bills, there are more than a few ways to simplify your GM Financial experience.

  1. GM Financial Mobile app
    Make a payment? Check. Message a Customer Experience team member? Check. Find answers to frequently asked questions? Check. For these things and more, look no further than GM Financial Mobile, the official app for your GM Financial MyAccount.

    Available for all smartphones, GM Financial Mobile gives you anytime, anywhere control of your account. It also gives you the option to sign in using biometrics or Face ID for added convenience.

    Simply search “GM Financial” on the App Store® or Google PlayTM store, download the app and log in to MyAccount to get started.
  2. My GM Rewards
    If getting rewarded for things you already do is up your alley, My GM Rewards is for you. Enroll in My GM Rewards by creating an account. Then, you can earn and redeem points toward your GM Financial account,* GM Certified Service, accessories and more.
  3. Nanci, your virtual assistant
    Need quick help with MyAccount registration? Want to set up Auto Pay? Nanci, GM Financial’s virtual assistant, can help with that. Instead of waiting on the phone for an agent, Nanci can answer many of your questions or show you how to find the answer in MyAccount or on our website. If she’s unable to help, she’ll seamlessly connect you to a customer advocate during support hours.

    Talk with Nanci by logging in to MyAccount and sending a message or texting INFO to 53721 (message and date rates may apply).
  4. Paperless billing
    Digging through piles of mail can be a thing of the past when you enroll in paperless billing. You’ll get the same information as a paper statement without the clutter.

    Paperless billing means you have more control of your information because it’s stored securely in MyAccount. Not to mention, going paperless makes an impact on the environment by saving trees. That’s a win-win. To enroll, simply log in to MyAccount in the app or on a desktop and select Go Paperless from the home screen.

    Although we aren’t able to make your schedule any less hectic, these options can help make your interaction with GM Financial that much easier.

*To be eligible, members must have a GM Financial MyAccount and a minimum of 500 points available. Customer is still responsible for ensuring all requirement payments are made on time.
