GM Financial's culture is based on strengthening the communities where we live and work. Each
year, we select several philanthropic organizations as our "Signature Events." We actively
support these organizations through many company-wide initiatives.

The organizations were chosen based on team member interest, number of people and communities served, and availability of volunteer opportunities for GM Financial team members.
In addition to the Signature Events, GM Financial also supports dozens of other nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and Canada.
GM Financial encourages all team members to participate in community investment projects. All full-time team members receive eight hours of paid time off to volunteer each quarter, and part-time team members are offered four hours each quarter to volunteer. Further, we offer a Dollars for Doers program, which allows GM Financial to donate $5 for every hour, up to 50 hours per year, that team members spend volunteering outside of work hours. GM Financial also sponsors employees for two walk/run/cycle events per year.
