GM Financial is proud to offer an array of payment options for both our personal and business customers. Easily make payments online through MyAccount, by mail, or over the phone. We accept checks, credit cards or debit cards — including one-time and automatic payments. Learn more about each payment option below:
Pay Online: Bank Account
It’s easy and convenient to make payments with your bank account through MyAccount. You can make a payment or set up auto pay.
PAY IN MYACCOUNT
- Log in to gmfinancial.com/MyAccount.
- Click “Pay Online” on the Dashboard.
- Choose “Set up auto pay” or “Make a payment”
- If you select “Make a payment,” you must choose whether to make the payment from a bank account (free) or with a debit card (fees may apply). Auto pay must be made from a bank account.
- Follow the instructions to set up auto pay or submit a payment.
SET UP THROUGH YOUR BANK
- Some banks will allow you to make a payment or set up automatic payments for home, automobile or other bills you have. Visit your bank’s website or contact their customer service to see if you can set up your GM Financial payment.
Things to know about payments through your bank account
- Payments made with bank accounts (checking, savings, money market) are free.
- To use a bank account, you will need to know your bank account number.
- Only bank accounts can be used to set up online auto pay.
- The maximum single payment you can make online using a bank account is $50,000.
- The maximum automatic payment you can set up online using a bank account is $2,500 $5,000 .
- The minimum payment you can make online is $10.
- To ensure on-time payment, please allow up to two business days for payments to post to your account, excluding weekends and bank holidays. The regular payment acceptance deadline is 8:30 p.m. CT Monday-Saturday.
- You can change or cancel future-dated bank account payments or turn off auto pay by logging in to gmfinancial.com/MyAccount.

Pay Online: Debit Card (Potential fee)
Our convenient online payment option is easy to use. You can make one-time payments or set up recurring payments. Payments made with ATM/debit cards may incur a $5 fee from Western Union Speedpay.
To pay online
- Log in to gmfinancial.com/MyAccount.
- Click “Pay Online” on the Dashboard.
- Choose “Make a one-time payment” or “Set up recurring monthly payments” from your designated account.
- If you select “Make a one-time payment,” you must choose whether to make the payment from a bank account (free) or with a debit card (fees may apply). Recurring payments must be made from a bank account.
- Follow the instructions to submit a payment or set up a recurring plan.
Things to Know
- The maximum online payment you can make online using an ATM/Debit or credit card is $2,999.99$2,500.
- The minimum payment you can make online is $10.
- You can change or cancel future-dated bank account payments or turn off recurring payments by logging in to gmfinancial.com/MyAccount.
- More than one payment may be made per business day.

Pay by Mail
Things to Know
- All checks should be made payable to “GM Financial.”
- Your check should include your GM Financial account number.
- The payment coupon is located on the bottom of your billing statement.
- You can print the payment coupon by logging into gmfinancial.com/MyAccount and choosing “Mail” on the “Payment Options” page.
Set up auto pay
You can set up automatic payments in multiple ways:
- You can set up online auto pay by logging in to gmfinancial.com/MyAccount. Once you enroll, online auto pay will go into effect right away. Payments may take up to two business days to post to your account. Online auto pay can be changed or canceled any time through MyAccount.
- Some banks will allow you to make a payment or set up automatic payments for home, automobile or other bills you have. Visit your bank’s website or contact their customer service to see if you can set up your GM Financial payment.
- You can also enroll in auto pay by mail. Follow these steps:

Things to know about auto pay by mail
- Setting up auto pay by mail takes a minimum of 30 10 days. Once your enrollment form is received and approved, we will process it and set up the payment to be automatically deducted from your account on your scheduled due date.
- You may have a payment due before the first automatic transfer takes place. If this is the case, please make a payment through another method — online, mail or phone — to prevent late fees.
- To cancel your participation, please call our Customer Experience team at 1-800-284-2271 1-800-284-2271 . Your cancellation request must be received at least 10 business days prior to your payment date to ensure cancellation.
- Customers who enroll in the auto pay by mail will not receive monthly statements.
- If you decide to cancel If you opt out of auto pay, you are still responsible for your monthly payment on or before your assigned due date.
Pay by Phone (Fee)
All payments made by phone will go into effect on the same day you call, but may take up to two business days to post to your account. Fees may apply.

Things to Know
- Western Union charges a fee for using this service.
If you choose to use the Automated Phone System, an additional $7.50 will be deducted from your account as a separate bank account transaction. If you use Agent-Assisted, an additional $10 will be deducted.
- The maximum payment you can make by phone using a bank account or an ATM/Debit card is $2,999.99.You must pay using a bank account. The maximum payment you can make by phone is $2,500.
- Please have the following information available when you call:
- GM Financial account number
- Name of your banking institution
- Your checking account number, routing number and current check number
To Pay Online
- Go to the Western Union® Quick Collect® website and click Pay Bills at the top.
- Enter GM Financial Leasing under Biller Name and your amount due under Amount. Click Get Started.
- Under Online, click Send Online and log in.
- After you submit your payment information, you will be taken to a page with onscreen instructions to receive your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
- Call 1-800-284-22711-800-284-2271 with the MTCN on your final receipt.
To Pay by Phone
- Call Western Union at 1-800-634-3422.
- Follow the voice prompts to enter the needed information.
- Note the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

- MoneyGram charges a fee for this service.
- You will need your GM Financial account number when you call.
- First-time users must set up a MoneyGram Internet Sender Profile and account.
- The maximum daily transaction amount for GM Financial is $1,500 per person per day.
- The maximum monthly amount that can be sent is $3,000 every 30 days from your MoneyGram Internet Sender Profile.
- MoneyGram accepts only VISA and MasterCard.
- Payments must be submitted before 5 p.m. CT in order to post in your account the same business day.
- Go to your nearest Western Union® location.
- Complete a Western Union Quick Collect® form.
- Give your form, cash payment and Quick Collect fee to the Western Union representative to receive your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
- Call 1-800-365-3635 with the MTCN on your final receipt.

- Transactions from $1,000 to $2,999.99 require one of the following:
- Driver’s License
- State/Government-issued ID Card

- Transactions of $3,000 or more also require ALL of the following:
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Occupation Information
- Western Union Quick Collect transactions cannot exceed $5,000. If your payment amount is more than the maximum, you’ll need to make a second transaction.
- Find your nearest MoneyGram location or call
1-800-MoneyGram (1-800-666-3947).
- Go to a MoneyGram location (including most agent locations at Walmart and CVS/pharmacy stores) and complete blue ExpressPayment® form.
- Pick up the red MoneyGram phone, wait to be prompted for transaction type and then choose “Pay a Bill”.
- Enter your phone number to be connected to a MoneyGram agent.
- Confirm all necessary information with the agent and make note of all details provided.
- Present the details to a cashier at your retail location along with your payment and additional fees to complete the transaction.

- MoneyGram charges a $9.99 fee for using this service.
- Payment notification is made available to your biller within 10 minutes. For actual payment posting time, call 1-800-284-22711-800-369-5212.
