GM Financial Lease Information

Choose one of the lease payment options offered below that works best for you. Please make sure that your account number begins with "017." If your account number begins with a "4" you do not have a lease. In that case you need to login to MyAccount.

Pay By Mail

Mail your monthly payment to:

Please include:

  • The payment coupon at the bottom of your billing statement.
  • Your check made payable to GM Financial with your GM Financial account number written on the check.

Pay Automatically

Have your payment deducted from your checking account every month on your scheduled due date.

To enroll complete the following steps:

  1. Print the Lease Automatic Payment Plan form.
  2. Staple a voided check to the form.
  3. Sign the completed form and mail the documents to:

Upon clicking on the Pay with Western Union button or one of the payment links above, you will be redirected to a site hosted by Western Union®. GM Financial has arranged with Western Union to allow our customers to make payments online utilizing Western Union's services. By clicking the Pay With Western Union button or one of the payment links above, you agree, consent, and hereby request that GM Financial transmit certain personally identifying information (such as your GM Financial lease account number, name, address, monthly payment amount, total amount due and due date) to Western Union so that you can make an online payment via ACH debit from your bank account. There is a separate convenience fee of $5.00 charged by Western Union for using this service which will be deducted from your account as a separate ACH transaction. Payments made through the Western Union Speedpay website will post effective today. This option is not currently available for Canadian customers.

Pay By Phone

To make a phone payment using Western Union's automated phone system, please call toll-free 1-888-382-3679.

To make a phone payment using Western Union with the assistance of a customer service representative, please call toll-free 1-800-369-5212.

There is a separate convenience fee of $10.00 charged by Western Union for using this service which will be deducted from your account as a separate ACH transaction. Payments made through the automated phone system will post effective today. This option is not currently available for Canadian customers. Be sure you have the following available when you call:

  • GM Financial account number
  • Checking account number
  • Check number
  • Name of banking institution
  • Routing number for banking institution

Pay By Cash

Western Union® Quick Collect® payments must be submitted before 2:30PM Central Time in order to be applied to your account the same business day.

Know Before You Go

  1. Print a copy of your account information.
  2. Make a note of your Code City: LeaseGMF TX
  3. Have your cash ready: Include your payment amount to GM Financial plus the $12.99 Western Union® Quick Collect® fee.
  4. See additional requirements if the payment you are making is more than $999.99.

Make the Payment

  1. Visit your nearest Western Union® location.
  2. Fill out the Quick Collect® Form.
  3. Make your cash payment and Quick Collect® fee to the Western Union® representative.
  4. Call GM Financial at 1-800-369-5212 with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which Western Union® will provide to you.

Additional Information

  • For transactions ranging in amount from $1,000.00 to $2,999.99, you'll also need one of the following:
    • Driver's License
    • State/Government issued identification
    • Passport or
    • Alien Registration Card
  • For transactions of $3,000.00 or more, you'll also need to provide all of the following:
    • Social Security Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Occupation Information
  • There is a limit of $5,000.00 per Quick Collect® transaction. You'll be required to complete a second Quick Collect® transaction if the amount is greater than $5,000.00.

For other MoneyGram locations, such as CVS/pharmacy, please follow these steps:

  1. Pick up the red MoneyGram phone – it will auto dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
  2. When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay a Bill from the menu list.
  3. Enter your telephone number.
  4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your telephone number, name, address, lease number, the amount of your payment and the receive code of the recipient (GM Financial Receive Code is 12424).
  5. You will receive important details from the MoneyGram agent – write them down.

Take all details to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram service fee, and complete the payment.

Pay By Credit Card

MoneyGram® payments must be submitted before 2:00 PM Central Time in order to be applied to your account the same business day. MoneyGram® will charge a fee for this service.

For U.S. residents only.

  1. Have your account information ready.
  2. Visit MoneyGram® MoneyGram® online.
  3. Receive a final receipt with a Reference Number after you have completed the payment process.
  4. Call us at 1-800-369-5212, and let us know your Reference Number.

Other important information you might need to know:

  • Registration — First time users must set up a profile and account
  • MoneyGram® charges a transaction fee of:
    • $10.49 for transaction amounts up to $500.00.
    • $15.49 for transaction amounts up to $1,500.00.
  • The maximum daily for GM Financial is $1,500.00 per person per day.
  • Maximum monthly amount — Send up to $3,000.00 every 30 days from your MoneyGram® Internet Sender Profile.
  • Credit Cards Accepted – Visa and MasterCard. MoneyGram® does not accept American Express or Discover.
