Executive Profiles

DANIEL E. BERCE has been President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2010. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCredit Corp. (acquired by General Motors in October 2010) from August 2005 to September 2010, President from 2003 to 2005, and Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 2003. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, Mr. Berce was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand for 14 years and was a partner with the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

ROBERT BEATTY has been Executive Vice President Specialty since April 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Corporate Servicing from 2007 to 2012. He served as Vice President Corporate Servicing from 2005 to 2007 and Assistant Vice President Dialer Administration from 2002 to 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Beatty served in various roles at Ford Credit from 1997 to 2002 and worked in the financial services industry in Frankfurt, Germany, from 1991 to 1997.

KYLE BIRCH has been Executive Vice President of Dealer Services since May 2003. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Dealer Services from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Birch joined the company in 1997 as part of the Strategic Alliances group, where he established our National Credit Center and helped build our company's dealer group alliance relationships. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the FDIC for 12 years. Mr. Birch has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

STEVEN P. BOWMAN has been Executive Vice President and Chief Credit and Risk Officer since January 2005. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from 2000 to 2005. He served as Senior Vice President, Risk Management, from 1998 to 2000; Vice President, Risk Management, from 1997 to 1998; and Assistant Vice President, Risk Management, from 1996 to 1997. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bowman held various financial management positions with Bank One and Mellon Bank.

CHRIS A. CHOATE has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2005. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company from 1999 to 2005. He served as General Counsel and Secretary from 1993 to 1999 after joining the company as Assistant General Counsel in 1991. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Choate was with Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue in Dallas, Texas.

CONNIE COFFEY has been Executive Vice President, Controller, since December 2012. Previously, she was Senior Vice President Accounting and Reporting from 2002 until 2012. She served as Vice President Non-Public Financing and Reporting in 2002; Vice President Structured Finance and Reporting from 2000 to 2002; and, Assistant Vice President Treasury, Operations and Reporting in 1999. Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Coffey was an audit manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

SCOTT DISHMAN has been Executive Vice President Servicing since April 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Corporate Collections and Loss Mitigations from 2005 to 2012. He served as Vice President Center Operations from 2003 to 2005; Vice President Consumer Services and Collections from 1999 to 2003; and Assistant Vice President Collections Consumer Segment from 1998 to 1999. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dishman held various positions in credit and collections at Ford Credit from 1993 to 1998.

JAMES FEHLEISON has been Executive Vice President, Integration Services since December 2012. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Controller from October 2004 to December 2012 overseeing most of the company's financial departments. He served as Senior Vice President, Controller, from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Financial Officer for a Dallas, Texas, brokerage firm. He has also held senior financial positions at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Fehleison has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services and accounting industries.

JONAS HOLLANDSWORTH has been Executive Vice President U.S. Sales and Credit Operations since April 2011. Mr. Hollandsworth joined the company in March 1999 and has held several positions with the company including Senior Vice President, Eastern Region Sales and Credit Operations; Senior Vice President, Dealer Services – Operations Support; and Vice President, Branch Operations Support. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hollandsworth was a financial analyst for Citigroup (formerly The Associates) and Northrop Grumman.

J. MICHAEL MAY has been Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since January 2006. Previously, he was Vice President Associate Counsel, from 1999 to 2006. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mr. May served as General Counsel and Secretary to public companies in the trucking industry for 19 years. Prior to that time, he was engaged in private law practice.

PATRICK RAYBALL has been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since December 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President ITS Software Solutions from 2005 to 2012. He served as Senior Vice President ITS Customer Service from 2000 to 2005; Vice President ITS Dealer Services from 1999 to 2000; and, Vice President Client Relations from 1997 to 1999. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rayball worked as a technical project manager for Bank One.

SUSAN SHEFFIELD has been Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance since July 2008. She served as Senior Vice President, Structured Finance, from 2004 to 2008 and Vice President, Structured Finance, from 2003 to 2004. Mrs. Sheffield joined the company in 2001 as part of the Investor Relations department. Prior to joining the company, she worked in corporate and commercial banking for 13 years, primarily for JPMorgan and Wells Fargo Bank. Mrs. Sheffield has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

JIMMY VANCE has been Executive Vice President Pricing Analytics and Product Development since April 2011. Mr. Vance joined the company in 1998 and has held several positions with the company including Senior Vice President Pricing and Product Development, Senior Vice President – Operations Controller, Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis, and other financial planning and analysis positions in Dealer Services. Prior to joining GM Financial, Mr. Vance worked in accounting for Tenneco and in finance for Tandy Corporation.
